Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. 

In case of a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed. In such a situation, we will inform you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping rates for:

• Lagos: 1-2 business days
• Other states in Nigeria: 3-6 business days
• International: 3-5 business days
  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon successful order placement, an order confirmation will be provided, detailing the contents and chosen shipping method. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking details.

International Shipping Policy - Customs, Duties and Taxes

We offer international shipping; however, it is important to acknowledge that OMNIYA bears no responsibility for customs duties applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

OMNIYA assumes no liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event of loss or damage caused by the carrier, please reach out to us, and we will initiate a claim on your behalf.
