RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer cash refunds. We offer exchanges and store credit refunds for all original priced items that are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with original tags attached. All items must be free of stains and smells. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file. All items should be returned within 3 days after delivery.

 

To initiate a refund or exchange, please email support@omniya.co with your order number and item(s) you wish to refund/exchange. For exchanges, please include the item you wish to receive in exchange. We reserve the right to accept or reject a return/exchange request at our sole discretion.

 

Please note store credit is valid for 3 months.

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE, there will be No Returns or Exchanges for all items purchased on sale.

 

Faulty Items

Any complaints about faulty products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns Cost

All customers willing to return items are responsible for return shipping fees. We advise that you make use of a service that provides tracked shipping to ensure that we receive your item. OMNIYA will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.

 

Kindly pay all applicable customs fees when sending out your return as we're unable to do so for you.
