Has my order been processed?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed. In such a situation, we will inform
you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Orders can be cancelled or amended within one hour of placing your order. Please email support@omniya.co Orders placed after one hour cannot be cancelled or amended.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide using DHL Express.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will be determined by the shipping method you chose:
- Lagos: 1-2 business days
- Other states in Nigeria: Up to 5 business days
- International: 3-5 business days
Please note these time estimates are transit times from the date the order shipped and are subject to delays stemming from the shipping carrier. We are unable to refund shipping fees for orders shipped via the correct shipping method but delivered outside of the expected timeframe
Are there additional charges for international order?
Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for these fees and are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes, as this information varies by country.
Can I collect my order?
We are an online only retailer and do not have any physical stores at this time.
My size/item I want is out of stock, will you restock?
Our restocking frequency varies, but we strive to replenish popular items regularly.

What can I do if I receive a faulty item?
Please contact email support@omniya.co within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear images of the fault along with a written description. We will arrange for the faulty item to be returned back to us where it will be inspected.
Please note exchanges/refunds will not be offered for products with reasonable wear and tear rather than a fault.
